A little over a year ago we were introduced to the TRX Suspension Trainer -- a body weight-based training tool that helps build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. After spending some time incorporating it into our various workout routines, we quickly realized what a great training tool it is--especially for surfers. Our Surf Stronger workouts are functional in nature -- designed to look and feel like surfing. We've found that the TRX workout format parallels this, and offers some exercises completely unique to the TRX Suspension Trainer.
